Very straightforward. Get some almond milk or coconut milk. Buy chia seeds (I get them at Trader Joe's). Use 1 tablespoon of seeds for every 1/4 cup of milk (or thereabouts). Stir. Wait 10 minutes, stir again. Keep in fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. When ready to eat top with whatever you like. Honey, nuts, fruit (frozen works well, especially blueberries), etc. Enjoy!
