Thanks for your comment. For the record, we don't pay utilities (yes, we have an amazing deal here in LA). I pay a $24.99 a month internet charge. Another solid deal moved over from my old apartment. As for groceries, I spend what I spent single. Same for her. We're also very savvy about how we grocery shop. Any increase is literally a rounding error. No more than, say, $100 a month, offset by cost of living decreases that have happened/will happen independent of us being a couple.
