Okay. I am not sure you know what a farmer's market is or that California makes up more than 10% of the nation's agriculture sector.

Most vendors at farmer's markets are on the up and up and "grow what they sell." Some don't, which is a problem and the thrust/genesis of the article.

The entire point really is that we have this local produce widely available, so it's important to ensure that that's exactly what makes it to farmer's markets.
