I usually don't respond to comments this way, but, at times, these types of responses are uninformed at best, condescending mostly and at worst. Even if written with good intentions.

I have a pretty solid idea of how cities function; what I like, want and need; and how and where to get it. I haven't stumbled onto my opinions and decisions overnight without considerable thought and real experience.
