I think you know this, but I am from Niagara Falls, NY originally. I love Toronto.

The plan is to visit my parents summer/fall, if all is well enough pandemic-wise, starting in Toronto. I’m hoping it will be by then. We’ll see.

People do call it LA. I have been lately as well, however I was opposed to it for such a long time, only saying Los Angeles. So both are acceptable. Just don’t call San Francisco, San Fran or Frisco — that is NOT okay.
