I have a car at this point, out of necessity, after many years of being carless.

I actually prefer the weather in Portland. I need a city that’s more traditionally structured like Portland. For that and other reasons, I don’t think I’d be happy in a place like Richmond.

My current neighborhood isn’t wholly car-dependent. It’s just not a “walker’s paradise.”

I hear so much about people moving to Mexico. I have actually never been, oddly. Sounds like it has its upside. Best of luck.
