I certainly appreciate and respect your preferences on this, but I would lose my mind. I can completely understand people who dislike (or worse) city living because of the things you mentioned as well as the intensity of it all. But it’s that intensity (organized chaos!) that I love. It actually settles me. Makes me feel good. While I love visiting the country (in particular, camping), too much time in the country or even suburbia makes me anxious, even depressed.

Our move will be to the core of a big or relatively big Spanish or Italian city.
