Hi — Monica Galvan

I don’t have a roommate. I live in East Hollywood, so bordering Silverlake and Koreatown. The neighborhood has its issues, but it’s not super dangerous (a bit dirty, can be sort of sketchy). I wish it was more walkable. My street actually is steps away from several blocks of beautiful houses and big trees — Melrose Hill. Not an efficiency. 1920’s building, original hardwood floors, granite countertops, nice appliances. Just small.

That said, I will move to Portland next year most likely and live in a studio or one bedroom for about the same price in what will most likely a brand new building (or close to it) in one of the best, most walkable neighborhoods in the city.
